¿Freestyle? Hola, bella gente steemiana… He aquí un túnel abandonado, y la luz siempre estará al final -- Hello, beautiful Steemian people.... Here is an abandoned tunnel, and the light will always be at the end.

Esta foto fue tomada cerca de una vieja estación de tren abandonada, la Estación El Encanto, en las montañas de Los Teques, una ciudad cerca de Caracas. Es uno de los cientos de túneles del sistema Gran Ferrocarril de Venezuela o Ferrocarril Alemán, cuyas vías cubrían la ruta llena de farallones y abismos que iba desde Caracas hasta Valencia. Fue inaugurado en 1894 y funcionó hasta 1966. Como pueden ver, al final del túnel siempre está la luz, literalmente.

This photo was taken near an old abandoned train station, Estación El Encanto (The Enchantment Station), in the mountains of Los Teques, a city near Caracas. It is one of the hundreds of tunnels of the Gran Ferrocarril de Venezuela or Ferrocarril Alemán system, whose tracks covered the route full of cliffs and chasms that ran from Caracas to Valencia. It was inaugurated in 1894 and operated until 1966. As you can see, at the end of the tunnel is always the light, literally.
