True Happiness
Happiness is more than defining it, you have to feel it.
It is something similar to what happens to us with Love. Nobody knows what Love is until it has been felt.
Therefore we can say that nobody knows what happiness is until he has experienced it. Until we do not feel that special state that makes us feel fulfilled and fulfilled.
I must say that I do not believe that Happiness is a permanent state. I think, rather, that they are small moments where we feel a kind of drunkenness that makes us feel happy, satisfied. As if something that we expected has occurred, it has reached us.
These moments are not very long in time but they are a load of energy that helps us overcome difficulties and setbacks. An oasis in the desert.
Many times I think that going after Happiness is not ideal although this is a universal aspiration.
Rather you have to let it appear and enjoy the moment.
We must remember that Happiness almost always appears as a result of our actions. If we act badly it is very difficult for us to reach a state of fulfillment as is Happiness. Feeling envy or resentment for the welfare of others, completely away from our side the possibility of being happy.
True happiness is felt and shared.
