SOPA DE POLLO CON MAIZ
Buenas noches amigos de esta plataforma, una de las mejores comidas para un dia de descanso es la sopa, bien sea de pollo, carne o pescado, en esta oportudad les presento una deliciosa sopa de pollo con maiz facil de preparar y muy rica. Colocamos una olla con agua y se pone a hervir, agregas el pollo, las mazorcas, sal, aji dulce, cebolla y ajo se deja hervir por 30 min aproximadamente, colocamos la verdura picadita, cilantro, cebollin y una sopa maggi, dejamos hervir hasta que ablande la verdura, de esta manera tendremos listo nuestro almuerzo.
