"DECENTERNET." THE NET NEUTRALITY SOLUTION

Net neutrality refers to the fundamental principle that is focused on having an equal treatment of all internet data, websites, files and platforms by the internet service providers that is away from discrimination and unfair blockage of some websites.

The internet was founded on on a great technology called TCP/IP which is the internet Protocol Suite. This was a project by the Advanced Research Project Agency Network.

The critical challenges many great and valuable crypto projects are facing evolve around the constant attacks on the net neutrality where various websites, platforms, files are restricted/blocked from free access which is a corrupt and oppressive tendency. This is often done by those in authority such as the internet service providers being as well influenced by the state commonly on political grounds.

Take for instance of recent in Uganda some saga happened where Social media Tax was implemented by our government which is one of an indicator of the corruptible centralised internet structure restricting people from the free access to the social media sites for people to express their views and interact freely with their peers. This is an encroachment to the freedom of people. The people are affected as well as the mobile network companies in a way that it has discouraged quite a number of people from using the various social media sites suchas facebook, twitter, instagram, whatsapp and to some extent this has contributed to the economic decline.

Blockchain technology came to our rescue where different crypto projects that are built and powered by this kind of innovation mushroomed and have done a great job of helping mankind to combat several issues of life. These have achieved a great lot of things and provided solutions to the long term prevailing problems though limited in full operation and achievement of the intended global goal just because of its operation on a centralised internet structure.

However, this is all due to the current internet structure that is centralised and way too subject to manipulation and compromise of people’s data and finances.

Upon carrying out my research I stumbled on a great solution to these problems associated with the corrupted centralised internet structure and that is Decenternet.

With the appreciation of this new innovation I see a financially free society where content creators enjoy a great lot of earnings from their efforts.

It means transparency in businesses which keeps them from corruption and manipulative tendencies that are normally associated with the centralised network. The liberty enhancement that is through the anuvys operation system will bring about freedom to people of expressing themselves without any government interference.

Protecting the net neutrality means enhancement of tolerance and respect of every individual’s culture and beliefs. Different people have different cultures, beliefs that they hold up in their lives.

An Even distribution of wealth and power among the people in the peer to peer network system, hence combating the income inequality problem.
