How To Increase Your Leg Flexibility - Faster Then Yoga!!

This quick video explains a super powerful leg stretching method I learned from Kung Fu. (Only 4mins long)

Here are the steps in summery:

1. Use an elevated platform to raise one leg at a time
2. Bounce gently into the stretches (dynamic stretching)
3. Rotate the body to get different angles
4. Work one side for 5 minutes before changing

I have realised that a lot of tension is held in the hamstrings & legs and this is leading to a majority of back pain related symptoms and poor posture. If we spend more time opening up and stretching the legs and hips, the back and spine will naturally come back into alignment and this will massively reduce back pain and general body stiffness.

Stretching your legs regularly will also turn you into a ninja on the dancefloor! 🙂

Your video is very helpful. I am suffering from SBC in one leg so i can use these exercises for only one leg. yoga for sbc.jpg
Also Try to make a video on people suffering from Subchondral Bone Cysts with knee effusion. kind of exercises and leg relaxing yoga for people who can only do them on bed or a high chair.

that LOOKS like it would surely do the job of stretching things out nicely.. im not sure i can do 5 minutes like you can mr bendY.. but i will give it a try as it looks really good for my legs..

The longer you stay in the pose, the better it tends to feel, so 5 minutes doesn't feel that long most of the time. It's good fun :)
