小油包
今天下午利用休息时间做了这个小吃
面粉还是8月份去老家带的自发面粉
其实这个做法简单易学，我也是学我家婆的
①洗一个红萝卜和少许葱，切成小小粒
②把面粉倒进盆里，撒小许盐和小苏打
把切好的红萝卜丁和葱花搅拌均匀
③倒入冷开水调好，搅拌好
④用保鲜膜(或是保鲜袋)盖好盆，让面粉发酵1小时
⑤1小时后就可以开始炸了，把锅里倒入植物油烧成
8成热，拿一个勺子一勺一勺轻轻放锅中炸，一个个
小油包就炸好了🤗️
