WHEN PEOPLE SAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE,,,,

When people say base on experience, we tend to believe more, a lower portion of he's audience wants to try it out.
The consequences of seeing is believing is more than the advantageous fact of it.
At times believing what we hear saves the day.

In our present world today, we believe in touch and feel, see and believe, which brings alot of consequences.
Ironically, some people want to feel fire, the want to know the texture, the don't want the description of it.
They are two great ways to learn

Mentors:

-Mentorship is a relationship in which a person who is more experience leases knowledge to the less experience.
-mentorship is based on experience.
-mentorship involves opening up of previous wound for the mentee to see.
-mentorship keeps the mentee spirit going.
-mentorship is acknowledgement of power.
-mentorship is putting yourself through the process of teaching, learning how to become a leader.

Mentorship is the surest and fastest way to learn ,but the tendency of humans wanting to trying things out is what makes mentorship less applicable.
Most people choose to learn through mistakes, many past world greater leaders choose mistakes but the difference is the fall right back after the fall, the don't let those weakness overthrown them.

Mistakes

-mistakes are miserable.
-mistake leaves a scar.
-mistake has much effect on the mindset.
-mistakes are still lovely cause of the things you get to learn.
-mistakes are stress, having to do it twice, at times you don't even get to do it twice.

Personally I choose mentors, because mentors are the bedrock that'll show up their past.
