Today was an awesome day. It's a day to be remembered. On this day our dreams came to pass with the help of @ejemai we launched to hub for uyo community.

How the launching went

It started off with @Ejemai opening the occasion with a wonderful opening speech then he made way for the following steemians to lecture us on how Steemit works.

@onequality [first speaker]

• @One quality- stressed the fact that with Nigerian tag you can get an upvote from one quality community but it must be a quality post and an informative one.
• You need to create a relationship on steemit. i.e belonging to a community.

• Asked for our users to drop something for us.
• He told us to Learn about markdown so we could have enticing and attractive post. So we could earn more on steemit.

@destinysaid

• Told us how to make a post and told us that it depends on how much we put in that we gain.
• And stressed the fact that he upvotes post of 500words up. And not just 500 words but reasonable and meaningful words and sentences.

@nairadaddy (AIR CLINIC)

• He talked about health clinic how it runs.
  It helps the health enthusiast
  It help patients by giving them tips on how to cure themselves
• He made note it's better we use 50/50 instead of 100% sp
• He gives away 10sbd every week on the air clinic competition

@samstickks (uyo community)

He gave way for CRYPTON AFRICA to make a speech

• They made us know more of crypto currencies and why it's good to save the currencies.

Then we ended the launching with cutting the cake and popping champagne. It was really lovely I learnt a lot today. Thanks to @ejemai @destinysaid @nairadaddy @airclinic @samstickks
