Orman kebabı
Bugün ne pişirsem derken steemitte vakit geçirenlere gelsin.👍 Yemeğin yapılışı orman kebabı tarzı ,biz bunu şartlar gereği tavukla yapıyoruz ve patlıcan çok yakıştığı için ben patlıcanda koyuyorum. Bol malzemelı güzel bir yemek diyebiliriz.
Tavuk biber ve havuçları sırasıyla haşlama misali kısık ateşte pişiriyoruz ve patates ekleyip kapagını kapatıyoruz.Sevdiğiniz baharatları eklemeyı unutmayın lütfen !
Bir yandanda patlıcanları kızartıyoruz. Yağını süzüyoruz.
Yazdan hazır bezelyeleride eklıyor. Fırına atıyoruz.Akşam yemeğinin bir kısmı hazır 😉😃
