What is the hardest part of being a teacher?

in #education7 years ago

The hardest part is not being able to help all my students who have problems, especially in dealing with large number of students in a classroom. I cant assist them individually. Sometimes a student is upset but has a hard time saying why.
I work with students like that and try to find out what the problem might be.

And also in the classroom situation, some of the pupils display different behavior, and we dont know the reasons why he or she displays like that. Maybe he has a problem with his family, or his parents do not have enough time to this child. thats why in school he is attention seeker. He makes a thing that can call up the attention of her classmates and teacher. And as a teacher we should have to find the reason why he acts like that by visiting or talking with their parents.

In such a way that we know some of his background in order for us to help and understand him. Because with the cooperation of both the parent and the teacher, there must be an improvement of that particular child. We cant deny the fact that when a child makes some mistakes in school or displays bad behavior, the teacher easily gets angry especially he can already destruct the class and so with his classmates. Its just a normal reaction of a teacher, but the best thing we can do as a teacher is to know him well, make a research about him, what is his background so that we know the reason why he acts differently in the class.
Indeed a teacher is not only imparting knowledge to the students, she is also a molder of the behaviors of the pupils to transform them into a good human being.
Thats all for now my fellow steemians, Thanks for your time and for dropping by. As always,

Very nice maam, a good read it is.
We need ro have patience with kids or our students. They need our support and guidance maam.

Thanks for posting.

thanks for reading maam @iamqueenlevita. yes, they really need support from both the parents and the teachers

I agree mam @yen80, children/students do really need support and guidance from parents and teachers. It takes patience for teachers to teach them well and it also needs effort and time for parents to guide them. Both have very important role for children’s achivement in school and at home.
