关于996工作制
我是不刷微薄和新闻的，但是最近有太多人分享关于996工作制的看法？什么是996，意思是每天早9点上班，晚9点下班，中午休息1小时，一周工作6天。
这个事情源于2019年3月末，以为程序员在开源项目平台guthub上揭露互联网公司的996工作制，于是马云，刘强东等都加入讨论....引起全名讨论。
站在不同的立场角度，这个话题肯定是争议的。不过最近阅读“老白旁观”公众号分享的观点，让我眼前一亮，他是从风险的角度来说的。
他说：996没有该不该，都是市场的选择，盈亏同源，源于风险。
当你给老板打工时，等于你把风险打包给了老板承担，老板当然会利用你有限的时间来撬动更大的利润。当你自己给自己打工时，一切风险自担，其实无所谓996了。你自己都会去权衡时间付出的性价比。
拿steemit来说，你每天上晚班晚上回到家，付出1小时写文章能赚10美刀，甚至50美刀，100美刀，你还会在乎你多加了一会儿班吗？
当自己给自己打工时，风险自担盈亏自负，也就无所谓996了。
当然，这只是我发现的一个不同角度，作为苦逼打工的，最佳的工作制是每天放假还有钱拿。

我在面试的时候，一般不会接受996的单位，因为这个作息会让我没有办法做兼职赚外快。当然了，如果是销售类的岗位我觉得还好，毕竟多劳多得
