There are mainly two things that attract me in making music: one is rhythm, means that a song must have that kind of pulse which is making you want to dance; the other one is mystical melodies, especially with female voices from eastern countries. I think the mainstream definition would be #ethnichouse.
Usually I start composing from a sampled voice or an instrumental melody and I build a groove around it, therefore the rhythm comes after the melody, which is the opposite of what normally happens in making house music.
