How to use the @broadcast upvote service?
You need to register at https://SteemChat.com discord steem community. Follow the procedure in the #start-here channel. Our volunteers, moderators and members will be happy to help. Once you are registered, you can use the upvote service with your good content 24x7 ofcourse.USAGE: $upvote yourlink
How about using the power of Community bot @Council
If you have enough steem power (SP). Why not delegate 100 SP to @council to receive 100% upvote everytime you post a good content using the community bot Steem Power.Members of the community can all chip in to power up the bot which will then go through the list of members and upvote the latest post by each. With our combine Steem Powers, we Upvote like a Whale.

How it works?
Right now, @Yehey initiated with 200 delegated Steem Powers (SP) to start the project. For example, Steve join and delegated 100 SP, Maria join and delegated 100 SP, and Bob also join and delegated 100 SP. The total voting power of @Council becomes 500 SP and will be use to upvote 100% to all the members with good content.- Imagine if we have a community of 100 members and delegated 100 SP each, that's a 10,000 SP voting power with your 100 SP membership.
- How about, a community of 1,000 members and delegated 100 SP each, that's 100,000 SP voting power. Your votes become a whale. It's time to celebrate and shout YEHEY!
Membership Subscription: If you don't have enough 100 SP to delegate, you can still use the service for a minimum 10 SP delegation and 2 STEEM /month fee. If you blog daily, this will be a good add on to your tools.

Hi @yehey. I believe you caught my interest there about delegation. I do blog once a day. Do you think my steem power has enough power to delegate? What is the minimum SP needs to be left to my account?
And by the way @yehey, I did check @council account. It seems that SP is still at 3. Is @Council live already?
The @council community bot is a new project. I self-funded this project to start moving, hoping other blogger will see the benefits.
Right now at 300+ SP. If a new member join and delegate 100 SP he/she is now using the total 400 SP to upvote.
Consider it for 10 members, sharing 1000 SP with only 100 SP delegation.
How about for 100 members, sharing 10,000 SP with only 100 SP delegation.
Imagine for 1000 members, sharing 100,000 SP with only 100 SP delegation. That's a Whale Upvote.
You alone can't vote like a Whale, this is why joining the @council Community Bot is an excellent way to delegate your 100 SP.
You don't donate any SP, you still keep your 100 SP through your wallet while enjoying the power of community bot.
Freedom. You can un-delegate anytime you want.
What about it? Maybe for now, I can delegate 10 SP since I don't have enough SP yet for a hundred.

I have chosen @yehey as a witness. I like the idea of the @council community bot. but my SP has not reached it.
It seems 100 SP is to high for many new members.
So, I activated membership feature.
You can delegated a minimum 10 SP to @council and pay 2 STEEM /month to @council to use the service. The membership feature is a beta test.
Delegation of 100 SP to @council, no monthly subscription.

100 SP = 100% vote, 10 SP = 10% vote?
Right now, all members received 100% from @council community bot.
I just activated a membership feature to accept 10 SP with 2 Steem per month subscription. It's a test.
Can you detail how the bot will define what is “good content”?
Also, if a minnow does not have 100SP can he/she still delegate less and get prorata upvote?
There is no checking using the script for good content, it's manual hopefully to add this feature. Probably integrating the steemcleaner for classification of bad content.
I activated the subscription option for a minimum 10 SP delegation and 2 steem /mo fee to use the service. Right now, this is the only option hopefully we can improve the service in the days to come.
