PROMO-STEEM : ANNOUNCEMENT! STEEMIT LITERACY CENTER FINALLY SET UP AT CHE STREET, BAMENDA CAMEROON

INTRODUCTION

Good morning fellow Steemians all over the world, hope we all are doing well. People around the world are doing one thing or the other to promo Steemit and today @yeesja is joining in full gear to promo Steemit in Cameroon by providing space for the creation of the STEEMIT LITERACY CENTER IN BAMENDA CAMEROON. ONCE MORE, Youth Empowerment for Economic and Social Justice in Africa (YEESJA) is a pan-African, non – partisan, and charitable organization. It is passionate about creating opportunities that help to address (NO POVERTY, ZERO HUNGER, GOOD HEALTH, AND WELL-BEING, QUALITY EDUCATION, GENDER EQUALITY, CLEAN WATER, AND SANITATION and PEACE JUSTICE AND STRONG INSTITUTION), improve local African experiences through our PEACE (People, Education, Aid, Communities, Entrepreneurship) Projects.

Yeesja sees Steemit as a game-changer in the lives of many Cameroonian youths who are already giving up with life due to lack of employment and the rapid increase of poverty, in that regard we are using Steemit to solve the following problems in our community:

POVERTY ( blog and earn a reward that will empower you).
EDUCATION ( we provide all newbies with a proper classroom mentorship to make them successful on Steemit)

Within the last 2 months, we have recruited hundreds of newbies and the difficulties we realized they are facing on Steemit are:

How to make a post on Steemit,
How to develop good content,
What kind of post to make on Steemit
How to complete their achievement posts.

so @njiatanga and I created the Steemit literacy center which will be the perfect place to address the problems of newbies. @njiatagan will be coming up with the Newcomers encouragement program which will be handled at the literacy center. We shall offer classes on Achievement programs every Tuesday to Saturday From 8 am to 4 pm.

@tenguhatanga is the @steemalive city coordinator for Bamenda Cameroon, she holds weekly meets to educate and train Cameroonian Steemians more about Steemit, all her activities will be carried out from this moment at the Steemit literacy center.

One other good news I have for the Literacy center is, @yeesja has entered into a partnership with CITY FM RADIO 88.9
to carry our PROMO-STEEM program for the rest of the year 2021, and the radio station is located on the same building as the literacy center and will be open for every Steemian who wishes to promo Steemit through the Steemit literacy center.

I wish to thank all of us who made it yesterday at the cleaning up and setting up of the new YEESJA office and the classic Steemit literacy center, the following persons showed up:

@chiabertrand a very hard-working young man, he follows up both the IDPs at YEESJA and he is also a mentor to so many Steemit newbies.

@njiatanga country Rep and he led the work and saw it to the end that it was well done and the center is very ready to operate.

@bihblessing is one of the girls benefiting from the YEESJA UPLIFT and she is a newcomer on Steemit. They did the dry cleaning of the center. This center is going to be the solution to their Steemit problem.

@yeesja himself was there working and see me in action.

After work, I gave money to the girls who came to work so they could get something and eat and also have transport back home while the rest of us went to wisdom garden hotel for a bottle of during to refresh ourselves from the hard work.

@saxopedia, one of our country Rep hard we were doing work, met us at wisdom garden to encourage us on the hard work and promised us that he is strongly behind our initiative to grow Steemit in Cameroon and to help newcomers become strong and successful Steemians.

I will be ending here and wish to thanks STEEMIT for the support. We promise to make Steemit a great place for all and you all shall hear of the exploit of the newly created STEEMIT LITERACY CENTER by @yeesja and @njiatanga.
