Voting is not a right. It's a wrong.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to write a bit about voting as the UK general election approaches. Firstly, we don't have a right to vote. We don't have the right to choose who gets to steal from other people with violence and coercion. Arguably we would have a right to vote for someone to enslave only ourself, but not other people. Voting for anyone is consenting for other people to be violently oppressed and robbed. That's wrong.

Imagine if a thousand people, none of which with any family or possessions or anything, are dumped on an island. Who gets to rule? Who has the right to determine what everyone else is and isn't able to do? Who gets to take a portion of everyone else's work to do with what they see fit? Who gets to be above the rules, and who is subject to the rules? Rulership was always illegitimate because it always relied on violence or threats of violence, and this is not a legitimate way to exist. Anyway, I will now talk more specifically about the upcoming UK general election 2017.

Lots of people who vote tory do so because they want less government theft of our money through taxation and less government interference  into our lives; in other words objecting to socialism. Lots of people who vote labour do so because they want to the government to force  greater material equality on people through government theft (taxation) and welfare. Some people think it's terrible that some people are materially rich while other people are materially poor. Some people think it's terrible that government steals loads of our money to spend on their own projects. There are of course other reasons why people vote either way, sometimes relating to wars, environmental reasons, single-issue policies, the economy, personalties, etc.. We must also understand that lots of people vote a certain way because of disinformation, which none of us are immune to. The truth is that there are many many decent peaceful people voting whichever way in this election as with any other. They should not be enemies of each other. We the people have way #moreincommon with each other than with the policians of any of the parties. Tory supporters, your enemy is the government. Labour supporters, your enemy is the government. Unless you're in that big exclusive club, your enemy is the government. With that understanding we will do well, but while we keep getting divided against each other things will keep getting worse for all of us.

There are lots of labour supporters on my friend list who are baying for the blood of tory supporters (not the politicians), and this just strikes me as silly and counterproductive. If you're supporting labour you are in no moral position of strength at all, even compared to the tories. Haven't labour done enough harm? Haven't they wrecked things enough for one lifetime? Remember Tony Blair? Gordon Brown has joined Jeremy Corbyn's campaign team. That must give you confidence in JC, right? If you think that one good person can really change things from the top, i'm afraid you're kidding yourself. Just because you want that to be true, does not make it so. The only moral answer (the only answer we should even consider!) is rejecting the whole political system. It is not about objecting to certain people who  get into positions of power. It's about objecting to there being positions of power. Do you think the whole establishment would bully people into voting if it was in any way damaging for them? No they wouldn't. In fact the establishment bullies people into voting because it strengthens them. In quite a few countries it's actually illegal not to vote, like for example in such varied countries as Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cyprus, Ecuador, Peru, Singapore and  Uruguay. Do we want to ever solve this problem, or do we want to sit on  this mindless political merry-go-round for all time? Sooner or later we need to get off the train which is racing someone very unpleasant, to a form of slavery which most people lack the imagination to envisage. There are no supportable horses in this race because the entire race is immoral, so why take part in the ritual when you don't subscribe to the religion? Rulership is illegitimate. Always has been, always will be. Your responsibility is to do the right thing. Not the wrong thing that might seem like the most logical thing; the right thing. It seems to me that things are still too comfortable for people; people still wallow in their ignorance and think that their life is going to go just fine regardless. Things don't work like that. Right now it seems that people haven't had enough of their slavery and they don't even think the chains are tight enough yet. Things will have to get worse first. The economic collapse will guarantee that, and whenever it happens, it will likely happen quickly.

Lots of love everyone! Keep piling your food supplies high and making your preparations! Have a lovely day at home on the 8th of June. <3
