200 squats under heavy loads, completed smoothly/200下负重深蹲,顺利完成
I've been wondering why I haven't had eight abdominal muscles yet, but I've been squatting under heavy loads for months. Should be my way of exercise, after all, the weight-bearing squat exercise can be the muscles of the whole body, not the local.
But the key point of sports is to keep healthy and strong. Eight abdominal muscles are good, but don't go astray.
Back to the point, I finished my exercise early today. Maybe I'm not in a good mood recently, so I feel a little laborious when I squat heavily. Even so, I didn't give up on it. I insisted on completing 200 squats.
I have learned the spirit of perseverance and never give up, and have proved it in practice. Especially in sports, such a concept is really important, such a concept to support themselves to continue.
Every day's squatting is just to protect the body, to ensure that the body does not fall before it finds the goal to move forward. I don't have to be as agile as the Special Forces. I just need to be able to move freely in my daily life. It's enough to exercise every day.

我一直在疑惑,我都进行了几个月的负重深蹲了,为啥还没有八块腹肌,却一直保持着四块。应该是我的运动方式问题吧,毕竟负重深蹲锻炼的可是全身的肌肉,而不是局部。
但是呢,进行体育运动最关键的一点还是保持身体的健康强壮。八块腹肌虽好,但却思想观念可别走偏了。
回归正题,今天我早早地就完成了今天运动量,也许是最近心情不大好,所以在进行负重深蹲的时候感觉有点吃力。即使这样,我还是没有就此放弃,我坚持着完成200下负重深蹲。
我已经学会了坚持不懈,永不放弃的精神理念,并且用实际行在证明。尤其是在体育运动方面,这样的理念真的很重要,这样的理念支撑着自己继续下去。
每天的负重深蹲只是在为身体作保障,保障着身体在没有找到前进的目标前不要倒下。我不用像特种兵那样拥有敏捷的身手,我只需要在日常生活中来去自如,通过每天的运动也足够了。
