En potage , je le coupe en dés et 1 grosse pomme de terre en dés , je les fais bouillir , ensuite j'égoute avec la passoire , je mets tout ça dans le robot culinaire avec de la margarine vegan ( du beurre pour ceux qui en mangent) 1 c. à soupe , du lait ( moi c'est du lait d'amande non sucrée ) la quantité de lait c'est selon la consistance désirée mais on en met petit à petit ,on mélange tout ça et on a un beau potage à l'aubergine ;) merci pour cet hommage à l'aubergine ;)
