How to Make Raita
Hello everyone! Today I am going to an easy recipe on how to make raita. Raita is a simple salad dish that can be used as a side dish apart from the main course especially if it is a spicy meal because raita helps to cut the spicy taste to an extent. My mother made it to eat with a yummy biryani meal and a spicy seafood dish.
Ingredients
- Grated cucumber
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Yoghurt (Alternatively, you can use curd if you don't have yoghurt)
- Salt
Method
First of all, add some yoghurt to the cucumber.
Mix them both well.
Then, add some coriander leaves to the mixture.
Give it another mix. Add salt to taste. Mix it again.
Raita is ready! Enjoy eating it =)
