For me personally i'd say hands down Vice City. It came at an excellent time where Al Pacino was the craziest drug dealer in the whole world in Scarface and Vice really picked this up Well. It made me feel like a top notch gangster who could get away with everything,
San Andreas of course
GTA San Andreas. Could workout, eat, go on dates, play pool, learn fighting techniques. and visit Vegas.
