My day 31 began very early. I had many things to do: prepare a festive dinner, pack gifts and put it under the tree. The day passed as one moment. I did not notice how evening came. By evening I needed to decorate the table. When everything was ready, only then could I take care of myself. I made an easy make-up and put on my favorite dress.

I had a fabulous mood. The house smells like a Christmas tree and tangerines. On the table were my favorite dishes. I love to celebrate New Year at home very much. Perhaps you will say that I'm old-fashioned. There were years when I met the New Year with my friends, someone was visiting. I always wanted to go home, something was missing. I want to see my family, my family. I believe that the New Year is a family holiday. We spend every day with our family, so the whole year. Means and to meet New year it is necessary with those with whom you spend every day.

People go to work, meet with friends, but always rush home to their family, to their loved ones. Where they always support you and understand.

The time I spend with my family is the best moments in my life!

2018 - Year of the Dog!

We all know that the dog is the friend of man, so the coming year must unite all, and friendship will triumph! A dog is a symbol of kindness, wisdom, justice, devotion. Thanks to such good qualities of the dog, 2018 will be not only friendly but also peaceful, calm.

I meet New Year with Steemit for the first time! I'm glad that I can now! Hooray!

I am in a good mood. In this picture I put love. This symbol has a soul. 

Preparation for the New Year. The first thing you need to do to bring the spirit of Rozhdestva into the house, you need to decorate the Christmas tree :)

Every year I put an artificial Christmas tree, but this time I really wanted to. I'm sorry for the Christmas tree, so next year I'll put an artificial Christmas tree again.

To decorate the tree, I bought jewelry.

First I hung a garland. To my Christmas tree glowed bright lights. 

This time we have a very big Christmas tree, when I bought the decoration on the tree, I thought there were a lot of them, and there would be extra ones left. But no, our Christmas tree gets to the ceiling, and more jewelry is needed. I did not go after them, it's far, and I decided that let our Christmas tree be reservedly decorated :)

To cover the bottom of the tree, that is, the stand, it was necessary to cut a circle with foil and white tinsel. Tinsel of white color will create the impression of snow under the tree.

Then you can hang on the Christmas tree decorations. I bought two packages of jewelry on the Christmas tree, and since there were not enough of them, I took out a box of old jewelry. I wanted my Christmas tree not to be heavily hung with ornaments, so I bought the other colors: red and silver. But as it turned out that there are not many of them, I had to put old ornaments on the tree.

In the year the dog should be added to the ornaments of gold color. Then your house will attract prosperity. In order to add a little golden color, I found these golden bows. This is the decoration on the tree. They will go well to other ornaments.

Decoration in the form of candy, and in the form of a bottle and in the form of a bow. As it seems to me - this is complete bad taste. I guess I'm getting old :) hahah

this is the tinsel that I use as snow. Usually it is customary in my country to hang many toys on the Christmas tree, tinsel of different colors, make the effect of snow with cotton wool. I like to more adorably decorate the tree, that would at least be seen that under all the decorations really a Christmas tree. hahahaha

The first decoration that I hung on the tree. A beautiful ball, the color of silver. I like this color. More of course I like blue, you can see it by my drawings, almost in every picture the background is blue. I also like the beige color, it soothes me.

Large silver butterflies. I really like this decoration, if I knew that we will have a big Christmas tree, I would buy more such ornaments.

I hung everything on the Christmas tree in the box, until the last decoration. On such a large Christmas tree you need a lot of jewelry. When I took out the box with old ornaments, it seemed to me that the tree would look bad. But when I hung all the jewelry, I looked at the tree and I liked it. You can say: it's not bad :)

Festive dishes

When the tree is decorated and beautiful, you need to go to the kitchen to prepare delicious festive dishes for the whole family.

For me, a new year is a Christmas tree, a salad "Olivier", tangerines and champagne. Therefore, the first dish I started to prepare is a salad "Olivier"

For this salad you do not need a lot of ingredients, a little time.

Ingredients: baked potatoes - 5 pieces, boiled eggs - 5 pieces, boiled sausage - 0.5 gigrams, cucumber - 2 pieces, green peas - 1 jar, mayonnaise or sour cream - add so that all the ingredients are combined, pepper, salt - according to your taste.

Cut all the ingredients into small square pieces.

add green peas. Add salt and pepper to taste. And in the end add mayonnaise or sour cream.

The second salad is a bit like a salad "olivier", you need to replace only two ingredients. Instead of green peas, I added corn, and instead of sausage - krbovye sticks. And you do not need to add potatoes. Salad is called - "Salad with crab sticks."

Ingredients:

eggs, crab sticks, corn, salt and pepper to taste, mayonnaise or sour cream - in order to connect the ingredients.

Next dish is a chicken fillet and a fish, in a word - it's called "toad". The dish got its name because of its appearance. Meat cut into cubes and mushrooms, stand out as tubercles as the skin of a toad :)

This dish also does not take much time. Ingredients: chicken fillet - 0.5 kilograms, champignon mushrooms - 200 grams, 2 eggs, flour or starch - 2 spoons, mayonnaise - 1 spoon, salt and pepper to taste.

Stage of preparation.

1. You need to cut the fillets and mushrooms with square pieces. Connect in one toe.

2. Add meat and mushrooms to flour and eggs. It's all mixed up.

3. Add a little salt and pepper.

4. Add mayonnaise. Stir.

Wrap the film with a film, that the ingredients are not worn out. Put in the fridge for 2 hours, you can and for half an hour, you can and all day. The longer this mixture will stand, the better the meat and the mushrooms will miss.

When you get it from the fridge, you can already fry. To do this, add vegetable oil to the frying pan, and warm it well. Using a spoon, put the mixture into a frying pan. Fry until a ruddy crust over medium heat. Prepared quickly so be careful that it does not burn.

All. "Toads" are already ready. meat is very tender and the taste of mushrooms is very well combined. I advise you to prepare this for you. Bon Appetit!

In the year of the dog you need to put a lot of meat dishes. But if you are a vegetarian, then it's okay, I think that the Year will not be angry with you. After all, you do not just do not eat meat. You can cook dishes with soy.

But since I love meat, I'll put baked quails on a festive table. Quail meat is very useful, dietary meat.

In order to make it you need a little more time than for salads. It is necessary to marinate the meat well., That it would become a little softer. The meat of the sawdust is slightly harder than the chicken meat. I marinated carcasses in the lemon juice, soy sauce. Add a little salt and pepper. You can add a little mayonnaise, it will soften the meat a little. Then put it for 3 hours, so that the meat is marinated.

After 3 hours, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the quail in the oven for 1 or 1.5 hours. Next, already look at the readiness.

The baked quail is ready. Very tasty meat. I like that there are no different zhyl and zhyra :)

A plate of seafood. I love shrimp, so I can add them to vermicelli and lettuce and I can just eat them as seeds when watching a movie :)

Whatever shrimp looked beautiful on the festive table, I decorated a little. On the bottom of the plate put the salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, mussels and shrimps.

Boil and peel the shrimp. Brewing shrimp is very easy and fast. In the boiling water put krevertyki, after 2 minutes get it. 

Everything is beautifully put on a plate. There are still mussels, I bought them already ready. They were in a jar of oil. I do not like mussels, but members of my family love them.

My favorite ingredients on the table are fruits. I really like fruit, besides they are very useful, because they are saturated with vitamins :)

Gifts for my family.

This year I was obedient, so Santa Claus brought me many gifts. In that number was Santa Claus from Steemit!

I started blogging on Steemitt quite recently. Steemeet received me well. I love Steemit! There are so many good people here. I already ob'chayus with some of Steemith. I met them, and I'm very glad that I was lucky to find them. I hope they become my friends. Although for me they are already friends. I zakoy short period of my blog, I already managed to collect the money that brought from the site. I was eager to buy something with this money, that I would remember my first earnings on Steemit!

With this money I bought new watercolors before the New Year. I really wanted them and dreamed of them. But I always put it off for later. When I had an income for Steemit, I decided that I just needed paint. What would please you with your drawings. The second gift from Steemit I bought already for the New Year. The second gift is much more expensive. I bought myself a laptop. This is a very good laptop, I also dreamed about it for a long time.

Thanks to Steemit my dream came true. Thank you, Steemit! I will cherish these things, that I would have remembrance of the first New Year with a stemite!

I love salutes. But in my country they were banned. In connection with the fact that in another part of Ukraine there is a war. So I did not buy them. You can well meet the New Year without salutes. But in neighboring houses people are vseravno to the law. What they will not do for the sake of a beautiful spectacle.
