A speaker who stands before an audience has certain responsibilities that a conscientious person should accept.Here are some guidelines.

MAINTAIN HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS
The standards of conduct and moral judgment that are generally accepted by honest people in our society are called ethics.In public speaking,ethics focuses on how speakers handle their material and how they treat their listeners.Speaker should be honest and straightforward with listeners,avoiding all methods and goals that are deceitful,unscrupulous,or unfair.

RESPECT YOUR AUDIENCE
An ethical speaker treats his or her listeners in the way he or she would like to be treated if the roles were reversed_that is ,with dignity,courtesy,and respect.....

REJECT STEREOTYPES
As a speaker today,you are likely to communicate with a rich variety of listeners of different ages,cultures,and backgrounds.You should educate yourself about these diverse groups,so that you can meet their needs and interests.

But when you have a public speaking in group,you should do firstly
1.Introduce yourself
2.Show your aim to present
3.Ask questions deal with your speaking because your audience will bore if your speaking was freeze.
4.When your speaking finish,tell your audience that if don't understand things,ask me ....
5.Give hangouts of your speaking..
