In order to define ourselves as nonconforming people we must first know this term in a simplified way, without so much adornment or technicality; According to the Oxford dictionary, nonconformity is the "Attitude of a person who does not easily conform to a given circumstance, especially when it is imposed or unjust."
Therefore, we could say that the one who usually complains about the things that happen around him, is a dissatisfied being? The answer is:

It depends.

Let's develop this ... can we call dissatisfied a person who does not feel satisfied with the service he receives from a telephone operator? Or an individual who is unfairly harassed by his boss as long as he is carrying out his work tasks correctly? Will a negative and unhappy attitude on the part of these people be justified?

Nonconformity is so relative; Imagine an individual who feels imprisoned in his own space, and decides to leave or move even from a country only because he feels the need to do so. Beyond being frustrated or not feeling comfortable, nonconformity comes from the non-acceptance of our center, that is, our essence.

Then, and knowing this we can conclude that human beings if we are nonconforming beings; but this only according to the situation that arises. Because not everything in life has reasons to be against us.
