Alitae Nightmare
I love playing around with the Google Deep Dream generator. It gives me some weird effects that I could not easily replicate on my own. Here's a rather nightmarish creature that I came up with for my D&D campaign called an Alitae. They are fallen fey that have been corrupted by the strange, extra dimensional energies present at the Drudic temple on the Ilse of Maedsid. Here you can see the original B&W art and the colourized version as well as the rather nightmarish Deep Dreem image at the top. More to come on the strange inhabitants of Maedsid! Enjoy and happy gaming!
I just caught your more recent deep dream post, this one is even cooler looking. It did some really cool stuff to the background.

Alright first off, D&D is a huge part of my life so props to you doing that and expanding your creative mind. Secondly, the google deep dream thing has been a fascination of mine ever since it came out. As an avid lucid dreamer, it's interesting to see how scientists at google think the brain creates images. It's obviously not exactly like a dream but the resulting images are always absolutely mysterious and stunning! Thanks for the share, I'll be following your art with intrigue.
Thank you! D&D is a huge part of mine. Most of my art is for small press indie fantasy RPG companies that support old school D&D style play circa 1970's-80's. As an IT guy and artist, Deep Dreem is fun to play around with for sure!
Holy moly that's awesome! I love pretty much everything you've made so far haha. Can't wait to see more.
Nice work :)
