Let's go to the Tinuy-an falls in Bislig!

I met up in Davao with one of my friends I met in Cebu. He works in Davao but he is from origin from Bislig. His parents are still living there, so he invited me to come with him in the weekend to explore Surigao del Sur a little bit together!
His name is Ulysses, one of me very good friends here. Ulys, I hope to see you soon again!

Hello Bislig!

We took a bus from the Ecoland bus terminal to Bislig. After six long hours we finally arrived and Ulys dad picked us up. We stopped over by a BBQ stand along the road to eat late dinner. It was already 11PM and we were quite tired. When we arrived in Ulys house we went to sleep. Tomorrow would be a long day!

The next morning after breakfast we went first to the Tinuy-an Falls. It is a waterfall with different levels. Since I am travelling I have seen lots of waterfalls, But this one is one of the better ones! We took some pictures and we went in for a swim. This place would also be nice for a picknick!

Since there are more levels, we wanted to visit the other level too. It is just a short walk. Just a stair-walk which will take you maybe 3 minutes! When we arrived.. wow! The next level is even better to me! Look at this view you have from there! That's absolutely worth it right?

And the waterfall itself is also great! You can sit down on the rocks, in the waterfall. If you like massages, this is the right waterfall for you! Just sit down and the water will massage your back! Since it was a really hot day, it was the perfect cooling down too!

Thank you for reading my blog. I hope more people will get to know this stunning waterfall since it is a beautifull place! Surigao is an underrated area I believe. You can find here beautiful beaches too and the most amazing river I have ever seen! Next time I will write about the Enchanted river! See you around!
