Today I am writing my Achievement 3 post. I will write what I have learned about plagiarism.If anything I wrote is wrong please let me know and hope u will support me.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

It is a kind of copying. Thus copying be like someones thought, idea , research , work etc. In whole we can say it is copying of something which is not of their and that which copy doesn't give credit or mention the original author and provide like it's their own work . It is every where in the world like school kids cheating in a exam seeing each other answer book and write in their paper we can say it is plagiarism.which is not good by your own thoughts you can me more successful rather than copying some one .

** Plagiarism occurs when someone:
Uses words, ideas, or work products attributable to another identifiable person or source without attributing the work to the source from which it was obtained in a situation in which there is a legitimate expectation of original authorship In order to obtain some benefit, credit, or gain which need not be monetary.**

I have taken the above definition from internet,so it becomes important to mention its original source and using it without citing the source will mount to plagiarism.Not mentioning source is a kind of disrespect to the author and it is prohibited and punishable in India and also it morally and ethically a good.

We can use the content available on internet or some other source by it should not be done in a way that It will mount to plagiarism, as a matter of courtesy and ethics giving reference to original author or source is our responsibility.
