Swapmeet Finds #3011

Comparing some of these place names with those on a current map leads me to believe this cool sign is/was somewhere around Winston-Salem, North Carolina, circa 1940s. All 3 of those old highways (seen on signs - 52, 311 and 158) still seem to converge in that area.
