Possibly the Swedish contingent of the International Order of Good Templars in Brooklyn (1911). Possibly not. I didn't have much to go on and the cryptic symbols on their sashes weren't much help.

Looks like the photographer snapped the shutter before they were ready. They're looking every which way.
Ha-ha! I think that's on purpose. They're all doing their wise and thoughtful poses... :-)
