Is ICO market dead can we still make 100x
I think its not an easy time for ICO's to be launched since most of people who are already in Crypto knows how hard it is to invest in the right one, and how many of them end up being dead.
Well we can see from history that some projects were very very successful ( https://icostats.com/ ) but anyway 90 to 95% of all ICOs were a flop - scam or just did not work.
The only way is to make is more save to invest and I think W12 ( https://goo.gl/yJiPRh ) has got this right
If ICO is not doing what it was promised to investors money are returned. Why invest and take a risk when you can have secure way to invest here.
