Vegetable salad with a surprise
Ingredients:
Rice is 1/2 stack.
Cucumber - 1 piece
Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
Celery cherry - 1 pc.
Salad leaves / Salad - 50 g
Salmon (cold smoking) - 50 g
Cheese curd - 50 g
Water - 1 stack.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar (white wine) - 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard (French with grains) - 1 tbsp. l.
Honey - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Mixture of peppers - 1/4 tsp.
Dill - 1 puff.
Paprika sweet - 2 tbsp. l.
Take the rice, fill it with water at a ratio of 1 to 2, bring it to a boil and cook on low heat for 12 minutes.
We let the finished rice to cool completely, add cheese cheese, carefully, thoroughly mix it.
We take cold-smoked salmon, I have a chum, you can also take light-salted fish. We cut into small cubes.
From rice we make a cake, we put a piece of fish. For convenience, you can wet your hands with water, put on gloves for hygiene.
Rice with fish rolls kolobs the size of a small walnut.
We take a sweet paprika and half of the koloboks we pile in it.
Finely cut the fennel and roll off the remaining koloboks in dill. Dill, wash and dry, otherwise it will be difficult to work with it.
Finished multi-colored koloboks are removed to the side. Alternatively, you can leave some of the koloboks white, and you can roll in white or black sesame.
As a basis, we prepare an ordinary vegetable salad.
Vegetables washing, cucumber cut half-rings, cherry tomatoes in half or quarters, celery thin strips.
Leaves of lettuce, mine, dried, torn or cut.
We combine vegetables and salad.
We prepare the dressing from olive oil, honey, mustard, vinegar, salt and ground mixture of peppers.
We fill the salad dressing, stir.
Put the salad on the serving dish.
From above on a vegetable salad we randomly put colored rice balls. We serve salad at once.
