Creamy soup with seafood

Products (for 2 servings)
Salmon - 150 g
Squid - 0.5 pcs.
Cream 12% - 400 ml
Onion - 0.5 pcs.
Carrots - 30 g
Mushrooms - 40 g
Potatoes - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 10 g
Dill greens - 1 g
Spices for mushrooms
Basil dry
Salt
Water 400 ml

Vegetables and mushrooms are cleaned, then thoroughly washed with cold water.
To potato quickly cooked, cut it into small cubes.
Potatoes are filled with water (400 ml) and salt. Cook on medium heat.
Onions cut into small cubes.
In a separate sauté pan we pour in the vegetable oil, we throw there onion and carrots, rubbed on a very small grater. Fry on medium heat.
Champignons cut into large cubes to maximize the taste of mushroom.
Add mushrooms to the saucepan, mix and remove from heat.
We cut the salmon into cubes.
Peeled squid cut in half and make shallow incisions.
We cut the squid with triangles.
Seafood is added to the pan with potatoes. Bring to a boil.
We reduce the fire. Onions, carrots and mushrooms are added to the soup.
Stirring.
Pour the cream, bring to a boil, add spices for mushrooms and basil. We remove from the fire.
Creamy soup with salmon, squid and mushrooms is ready.
Before serving, creamy soup with seafood is sprinkled with chopped dill.

man, today that would be perfect, creamy soup with fish. got a think about fish at the moment. uuuughhh. i just wanna eat all afternoon and watch 80's films! :)
