1 . Milk soup with pumpkin;
- Ingredients:
- 3 servings
- Milk 1.5 l
- Sugar 1 tbs.
- Water 1 Cup
- Butter
- Semolina 2 tbsp
- Pumpkin 500 g
Prepared and diced pumpkin, saute with butter. Then pour in the hot milk, diluted with water, and simmer for 10 - 20 minutes.
Then pour semolina, salt, add sugar and cook until tender.
2 . Buckwheat soup with meatballs
Ingredients:
- 3 servings
- Potatoes-1 piece
- Carrots 0.25 pieces
- Buckwheat 2 tbsp.
- Onion 0.25 pieces
- Veal mince 100g
Vegetables clean. Potatoes and onions cut into small cubes, carrots grate on fine grater; the buckwheat, rinse well and dry the frying pan. Mince some carrots and onions punch blender.
In boiling water put the potatoes and buckwheat, a little salt and cook for 20 minutes, then add the rest of the carrots, onions, formed from the resulting beef meatballs and simmer until cooked. If the kid has bad chewing, when serving meatballs and mash potatoes slightly with a fork.
