Before I spent a lot of time, then I saw that it was not essential, and that I was losing sight of the prize and my real focus on goals, so now I also spend less time on social media.

I know I should spend less, but I do love sharing the introductions from the new people on steem and reading all the wonderful posts by others. I try to counter balance it with getting outside and walking. The Actifit app has really helped with that! Hmmmm, maybe that doesn't help my case. haha.

I think this question @coolguy222 brought up is a good one. You are wise to have stepped away and evaluate your activity. So glad you were able to refocus and figure things out.

I'm glad to know that you are spending most time on steem and discord which is 8 hours .

Thank you my friend for the video reply,
That's a lot for me,

God bless you,

Have a good day.

I couldn't do it on Facebook. There just isn't good interaction there. Someone is always whining or trying to cause drama there. Here, there is so much positive content that engages the mind.
Thanks again!

If social media is the place where you run your business, then it is normal to spend more time on it.
For fun, I spend approximately one to two hours a day on social media.

I hadn't thought about that so now not feeling quiet so bad. haha.

Dear @xcountytravelers

I usually do not open videos as they take to much time to watch (reading stuff is way faster). But since you're so supportive I decided to check out your dtube.

To my relief it's only 2min long :)

8hours a day? Wow. That's a lot. No surprise you're so active hehehe. I guess we're pretty much on the same page. I'm spending like 6-10h a day on Steemit and at the same time maybe 10min on other social media altogether.

The thing is that I see my activity on Steemit as investment in my future. I believe that knowing right people will open great business opportunities in the future. Especially once market will stop bleeding out and companies will start looking for influencers left and right.

I know this market pretty well already to understand how much value I will be able to bring into any business that I would represent. So those 6-10h is not my work but at the same time I can afford to focus on Steemit, because I have 3 small investors who are backing me up financially. So all I need to do is simple: build crypto community around myself and build their trust.

We all hope to set up our our digital marketing agency sometime next year and I know for the fact, that even right now I've bigger reach and exposure than 90% influencers out there.

So I may sometimes feel that it's to much and Im sick of it, but this is my ticket for better future :)

(I run out of voting power so I cannot upvote you this time around, sorry)

Cheers :)

Don't worry about the vote. It's not actually why I do this. However, the votes are nice.

I find you and I seem to think a lot alike on many issues. I, too, believe the networking, engagement and communication will open up many doors for us. We have already found many new places and met many wonderful people we will be visiting in our travels. The best way to get anywhere is to be open and willing to get to know other people. People and relationships with them is the most important thing, it's what makes this world a better place because it opens our minds to new cultures and knowledge. I am a much better person having learned from other people.

I try really, really hard to keep our videos, even our travel videos, under five minutes. For a while, we would just video and hope for the best, but I have found people stopped watching after three minutes. People are busy and they don't have a lot of time and I would like them to spend a few minutes with me so I try very hard not to waste their time. So, I get it, I totally understand your relief and am not upset that you said something. I am glad you did, the feedback is wonderful.

Thanks so much for watching the video and thank you even more for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it and you so very much.

Im sorry for such a late reply @xcountytravelers

I just realized that I missed bunch of comments lately. Just wanted to thank you for keeping in touch with me.

Hopefully you had a great weekend,
Piotr

Hi, greetings!

@xcountrytravelers.

For me, I do plan my day but I kind of find time here and there to be on social media. Now a days I am spending most time on steemit than Facebook or WhatsApp!

Any suggestions from your side?

I am online all day long because I am the social aspect of Scott and my's hobby. We were on Facebook a lot, but since I found the Steem community, I am rarely on it except to check my children's statuses and messages. We have a travel page and it has current posts, but we don't do more than once a day on it.

If you are wanting to get off of the digital presence, I am not the one to be asking. I tend to be more on it than anything. haha. Just be you and enjoy the people you are becoming friends with.

Thanks so much for watching the video and engaging. I appreciate that so very much.
Ren

Hi, thank you. You are very warm and generous. I am working on it, but it is becoming complex.
