I think my brother uses something like this for his architectural works. I see him use AutoCAD but I don't think AutoCAD has 3D modeling abilities like this. So this is a step up for architects.

Autodesk Formit is basically an engineering drawing app and its cooler than the normal ones like AutoCAD that is already a well shouted app for this [particular area.
