Rental income (everyone needs a roof over their head) and junk silver (cheap and easy to hide / carry) and cryptos are good investments right now for sure.

TY for you upvote and reading posts all the way thru each thread. One thing about most alternative investment guys is that they have a consistent thesis (Peter Scihiff with precious metals, Dollar Vigilante with cryptos)
Manarino sold his soul to the devil by not having any underlying principles (lines in the sand). He not only changes with the wind but never gives his upvotes to anyone but himself. Then he bullies others thinking that folks won't report him to the SEC.
