Yea I think there’s a lot of pre-war positioning happening right now. I agree with you on that. I am in Oahu right now and as you probably know, there are multiple military bases here and there has been more than usual activity going on here.
I like your free market analogy regarding government healthcare. I spoke to someone who purchases through the exchange yesterday. He said he paid $500 per month in 2016,and in 2018, he will be paying $2000 a month. Higher cost and the fact that people won’t be fined any longer if they don’t have insurance are causes for the drop in enrollments.
