My Swimming Exercise

On this occasion, I would like to share a story about my swim exercise yesterday. I am very sad my age now is going 27 years can not swim well because when I was a kid no one taught me to swim. Now I realized that swimming is a very good sport and gives very good impact on our bodies.


My swimming instructor says that there are some benefits of swimming sports, such as:

  1. Build muscle
  2. Enhancing the function of the heart and lungs
  3. Train the breathing
  4. Burn more calories
  5. Self safety
  6. Adding height
  7. Eliminate Stress

Psychologically, swimming can also make your heart and mind more relaxed. So before swimming, my instructor suggested me to do a warm movement to prevent muscle cramps and could also serve to increase body temperature and heart rate gradually, also cool down after swimming so that the body temperature and heart rate did not decline drastically by swimming slowly over 5 minutes. Start now routinely follow swimming practice every Thursday with my instructor. I enjoy it although it is my first swimming exercise.
