Art.20
- Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
- No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
Art.21 - Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country directly or
through freely elected representatives. - Everyone has the right to equal access to the public service in his country.
- The will of the people is the basis of government power; this will is expressed in those carried out periodically
fair elections, based on the principles of universality, equality and secrecy, or otherwise
an equivalent procedure ensuring freedom of choice.
Art.22
Everyone has the right to social security as a member of society; also has
the right to realize - through national effort and international cooperation; and
in accordance with the organization and resources of each State - their economic and social rights
necessary for his dignity and the free development of his personality.
Art.23 - Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to suitable employment
and favorable working conditions and to protection against unemployment. - Everyone, regardless of any difference, has the right to equal pay for equal
work. - Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration,
ensuring for him and his family an existence worthy of human dignity
and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social assistance. - Everyone has the right to form and join trade unions
trade unions to protect their interests.
Art.24
Everyone has the right to rest and rest, including a reasonable limitation of hours
work and periodic paid holidays.
Art.25 - Everyone has the right to a standard of living which guarantees his and his health and well-being
families, including food, clothing, housing, medical and necessary care
social benefits, and the right to unemployment and sickness insurance,
incapacity for work, widowhood, old age or other loss of livelihood from
independent of him. - Mother and child are entitled to special care and assistance. All the kids, both

Art.26 - Everyone has the right to education. Learning is free, at least for a degree
basic. Elementary education is compulsory. There is technical and professional education
universally available, and higher education is accessible to all on an equal basis
depending on personal merit. - The aim of teaching is the full development of the human personality and strengthening the respect for rights
human and fundamental freedoms. It promotes understanding, tolerance and friendship between
all peoples, racial or religious groups; supports the activities of the Organization
A United Nations aiming to maintain peace. - Parents have priority in the choice of education to be given to their children.
Art.27 - Everyone has the right to participate freely in cultural life
society, to enjoy art, to participate in the advancement of science and use
with his favors. - Everyone has the right to the protection of moral and material benefits arising from
from any of his scientific, literary or artistic activities.
Art.28
Everyone has the right to a social and international order in which
the rights and freedoms set out in this Declaration would be fully realized.
Art.29 - Everyone has a duty to society, without which the impossible is free
and the full development of his personality. - In the exercise of his rights and freedoms everyone is subject only to such rights
restrictions that are set by law solely to ensure adequate
recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for the purpose of doing justice
the requirements of morality, public order and universal democratic welfare
society. - These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised in a contradictory manner
with the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Art.30
Nothing in this Declaration may be construed as granting
any State, group or person with any right to engage in business or
issuing acts aimed at the overthrow of any of the rights and freedoms contained in it
in this Declaration.
