  1. What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?

Life is a series of various problems that come and go every day, all of which require a solution, and sometimes these problems make us feel stressed and pressured by various pressures and circumstances. As humans, we must not be pessimistic and must remain optimistic and enthusiastic in dealing with various problems. In life, when stress hits we do a number of things to overcome it, including the following:

As a Muslim there is actually no term stress in life because Allah is our dependent place and in life we ​​only try and pray the results we leave to Allah, when stress strikes the main choice is to think and read the Koran and make dhikr so that the mind will become calm and inspiration will be born again the motivation to rise from adversity will return and of course the stress will soon disappear.

2.Give three main reasons behind our stress?

  • disappointment In this life a person often experiences disappointment, namely expectations that are too high so that the reality that occurs does not match expectations and the person is unable to accept the reality that occurs which results in disappointment in his heart which results in stress and loss of enthusiasm for life, in one's life one should be able to accept reality Whatever happens after trying to the fullest.

  • the pressure of certain targets can cause tension and stress that occurs in a person, for example in the office, the accumulated workload that must be completed within a certain period of time sometimes makes us stressed.

  • When Ki is unable to give happiness to my parents and family, then bad feelings aka stress continue to trick our minds, so that it is as if we are thinking about something that is not permissible religiously - that it will be permissible for us, that's it the feeling of stress has really haunted our souls.

  1. Overcome stress matters?

So because of all of that, it would be nice for us not to slow down and maintain a feeling of stress or in other words the feeling of stress haunts and disturbs our minds. Immediately neutralize it through some of the points that I presented above, and learn to be more diligent to be able to neutralize bad feelings with our minds.

Stress is a terrible word.
You are right we should not stress but then again, we are all human and we do stress. Sometimes we just need to take a deep breath and we will feel okay again.
