 One morning all the employees of a company came to work and found a sign written on the front door.   The sign read “The person who has been stopping your growth in this company passed away has passed away. All employees are to gather at the cemetery hall for the funeral." 

  As normal all employees on hearing about the death were sad. Before long they gathered at the funeral hall. Wondering who it his person may be.   Thinking. ‘At least the man who stopped my progress has died!'  

 Each employee stood in the line to pay their respects, and when they looked inside the coffin all they see was an empty coffin with a mirror and a sign saying   

 ’the only person who is capable to set limits to your growth is in the mirror .....THAT’S YOU.  You the only person that can influence your success.  

    Remember an if an egg is broken from outside, life ends and if it brake for inside life begins.
