 To improve your eyesight you need to eat foods high in Vitamins A,C,E and minerals copper and zinc. You can look at 

 · carrots.

 · sweet potatoes.

 · winter squash.

 · cantaloupe.

 · apricots.

 · spinach, kale, and collard greens
 

You need Antioxidants ,beta-carotene , zeaxanthin and lutein ,to protect the eyes from the harsh sunlight. You can look the same

I had a really bad infection for nearly an year and the things that helped me overcome the infection were vitamins from fruits, turmeric and garlic. The vitamins we get from fresh fruits are much better thab taking pills so i like this post and i recomend everyone to eat healthy fruits daily.

fruits not only helps to your eyes but also nourishes whole body.
