Delicious fried chicken
I really enjoy a delicious fried chicken. I recently tried out this easy yet tasty recipe on making fried chicken. The family loved it! I previously used to sell fried chicken once upon a time and my customers loved it. They were rather sad when I had to close down. However, I still make my famous fried chicken for myself and the family. I will be sharing one of my simple yet easy recipes below:
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Cake flour
- Egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Oil
- Green chili
Method:
In a bowl, mix some cake flour with salt, black pepper and paprika. Blend some green chili and marinate it on the chicken. Then dip the chicken into egg and coat it with the cake flour mix ,deep fry it and enjoy!
It is so easy and exceptionally good! I love to eat fried chicken with a side of french fries and a delicious dip that I prepare using mayonnaise and your favorite hot sauce!
