Ever ate Chia seeds.... delicious yet full of nutrients. This delicacy is worth every praise if prepared correctly this healthy snack or breakfast.I for do enjoy eating chia seeds for breakfast.

They are full of iron , antioxidants, fiber,omega 3 acids and calcium. This plays a role in decreasing the risk of a stroke, obesity ,diverticulitis, cholesterol, diabetes and heart attacks.
Here is a mouth watering breakfast idea to enjoy this delightful eatable thats only three steps (quick and easy)
Vanilla and lime chia Breakfast pudding
2tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp honey
1/4 pecan nuts
1 tsp lime zest
1/2 cup milk
------------------------------------
Mix the syrups, vanilla extract and milk
Add in the zest and nuts
Lastly add the chia and leave to over night
Enjoy..................
Note- can dust coffee or cocoa on the top if desired
