Will the Body and Mind Compete With Stress?

The mind will compensate for the body. The body will react to the mind. This is the law of attraction. It does not matter what you think, the mind will compensate. I am telling you from experience, it does work that way.


What does this mean for you? Well, for one thing, when you think about something you will actually attract more thoughts about it to your mind. The more you think about it the more the mind and body will compensate. The mind will use the body's own power to stimulate itself into doing what it is programmed to do.

You may be thinking to yourself "so what, I thought the mind and body would just automatically match." You are basically correct. The mind and body will compensate for the body but remember, the mind is the creative part of the mind. Think of it like a writer. The writer is the content, the creative part of the mind and so the mind will compensate for the body.

I know some people will tell you differently, "if you think about yourself more you will get more creative ideas". Well that is true, but that does not mean you will have a huge creative mind. The mind is very finite. It is not like the universe. The creative part of the mind is for those few people that are born with it.

The body and mind will compensate for the body but not necessarily in a perfect circle. There are some people that have a big head, others that have a small head and some that have both. Just like the writer, there are some that write well and some that struggle. If you have a big head and are a good writer then chances are you will have a larger imagination then someone who has a small head and struggles with words. The mind and body will compensate but not perfectly.

Just like all the other organs in the body the mind and body will go through things that will cause pain or joy. That is why sometimes it is better to not think about the pain or the sadness. You may have a hard time at times thinking, "Whew that was hard". But you have to remember when you have a happy moment remember the pain you just went through and think about how beautiful it made you feel.

Another way you can help the mind and body will be to listen to your body and do what your body wants. When you eat right and exercise, you are helping your mind to do its thing. When you eat right for example, you are helping your mind to be alert so that you can focus on what is important, when you exercise you are helping your mind to release stress so that you can be creative and have fun.

The mind and body will compensate for what is missing. There will be times when you body won't act like it does or something you were afraid of or you broke. The mind will take over and do the thing you don't want it to do. Your mind will compensate and even if you were afraid of what was happening you would still do it. The mind is a great tool.

The body and mind will also adapt to whatever is put into it. This is why exercise can help your mind and body to be more adaptive. If you work out, you will put more oxygen into your blood, which will increase your mind activity and make you more alert. It's hard to get up and move around sometimes, but when you do your body will adapt. This is why running or any form of exercise can help your mind and body to adapt.

Another way your mind and body will adapt is to think happy thoughts. This might sound silly or over the top but this has been proven by many studies. When you think happy thoughts you tend to be in a better mood and your brain works better. Your mind and body will compensate for the mood change because you are happier.


The mind and body will react to the situations that occur in our life. These are the times when we are challenged the most, or when we need to be strong. When these times arise, we have to remember to train the mind and body. We have to train them so they can adapt. It is not hard to do, and can have amazing effects on how you both look at life.
