Italian Festival!!

Enough meat and sausage for a lifetime

These types of festivals brings me back to the good old days when our whole family would gather around the house with a few choices of meat, some pasta and a few bottles of wine. The prosciutto I could probably eat every day as its my favorite of all the varieties. Especially on a nice hero with some fresh mozzarella, arugula with a drizzle of some balsamic. The Salsiccia al Tartufo was also on top of the list. It's pretty much a very soft type of sausage, with a raw type of texture thats infused with black truffles. Enough said :)

The other sausages are also worth the hype. Even the mortadella was lights out as well. Its nothing like what you get at your local butcher. This is imported authentic meat. And yes, there is a night and day difference between domestic and imported, trust me.

It's great to find these little spots that can bring you straight back to Italy! Hopefully they can do these types of functions more often!
