Bob Marley - Between Reggae and Marijuana
Bob Marley is known as the icon of Reggae music.
Many people want to know about the profile and biography of Bob Marley. His life is closely associated with Reggae music and weed, he is known by the full name of Robert Nesta Marley, his father Captain Norval Sinclair Marley is a man of stature small. His father was a landowner of the Crown Lands, belonging to the British Government who had been colonizing Jamaica since the 1660s on north of the island. The rank he assumed he was able to become commander of the base in the British West Indies Regiment. One day he meets Cendella, Mother Bob Marley, a native woman who had been captivate heart when he was visiting the district of Nine Miles. Their relationship became local gossip because of Ras.
In May 1944 Cedella surprised his family for being pregnant. So on Friday there was a marriage between Norval and Cendella and the day after their marriage, Cendella was evacuated to Kingston for not to be named heirs of the family.
And finally Cendella gave birth to a child named Robert Nesta Marley who was born at 2:30, Wednesday February 1945 with a six-pound weight (3.25 kg) in Nine Miles. It is said that on the night of his birth, many people saw several falling meteors, who according to his belief will be born a great character. In 1950 Cendella moved to Trench Town - Kingston. Marley started interacted with street gangs that later continued into a gang called "The Rudeboys. Though small as his father, but because of his strength he was nicknamed "Tuff Gong".
After Marley dropped out of school he became interested in music. In early 1962 Bob Marley, Bunny Livingstone, Peter Mcintosh, Junior Braithwaite, Beverley Kelso and Cherry Smith created a Ska & Rocksteady band under the name "The Teenager" which later turned into The Wailing Rudeboys and changed again to The Wailing Wailer and eventually became The Wailers .
In 1977, Bob Marley was convicted of skin cancer, but was hidden from the public. Bob Marley returned to Jamaica in 1978, and took out SURVIVAL in 1979 followed by a successful tour around Europe.
Bob Marley performed 2 shows at Madison Square Garden in order to embrace blacks in the United States. But on September 21, 1980, Bob Marley collapsed while jogging at NYC's Central Park. The cancer has spread to the brain, lungs and stomach.
Bob Marley was finally take his last breathed at Miami Hospital on May 11, 1981 at the age of 36 years

In the summer of 2006, New York City rewarded Bob Marley by naming the church journey from Ramsen Street to East 98th street in eastern Brookliyn by naming "Marley Boulevard". And there are many more that Bob Marley gets.
The life story of Bob Marley is an archetype, that's why his works are eternal and continue to echo. Bob Marley speaks of political repression, his metaphysical and artistic insights, his welfare and anything that annoys him. "No Women No Cry" will still continue to wipe away the tears from the face of a widow "Exodus" will still emerge a knight, "Redemtion Song" will still be a cry of emancipation to fight against all tirrani, "Waiting in Vaint" will remain exciting, and "One Love "will continue to be an international hymn for the unity of humanity in the world beyond boundaries, beyond beliefs, where everyone will be aware and learn.
Bob Marley is not just a music star, most of whose record breaks the international record, but he also becomes a moral and religious figure.
