Should Genesis-Mining Extend Contracts...Pay out Extra?
I'm way behind on my genesis mining payouts. Not so thrilled about that....as I missed out on a number of days of trading my daily crypto payout for other desirable cryptos who's price was in the red. Many of these prices are way in the green now.
It would show a real act of great character for genesis mining to give out some compensation for their blunders. Perhaps the easiest way this could be done, would be to extend all mining contracts by 1 month....maybe even 2 months...if things are not resolved soon.
Extending the mining contracts would likely be the easiest way in which it wouldn't really hurt genesis's business model and could likely accommodate the contract extensions.

After all, every company is in the business of accommodating it's customers.
This is a great question brother. I thought all was back to business as usual last week but that is definitely not the case. Something should be done b/c all customers have lost out on gains that could have realized by investment of their payouts. This is an extremely bad look for them. If an explanation of any kind or an email detailing the problem and the solution would have been proposed I would have been OK with that, but just letting it ride doesn't cut it with me. I can no longer recommend their service in good faith to anyone else going forward.
Although I agree with you regarding their screw-ups, especially communication wise (i have written about it multiple times as well), they have not failed on teh mining. Yes payouts are late, too late, but still rewards are coming and their cloud services have been running. I think it would indeed be very classy if they would provide some sort of compensation, but a month extra or even 2 months extra is never gonna happen in my opinion. A week would already satisfy me. Having said that, i am not sure if that would help potential clients who got put off by their latest issues.
