The system always seduces us with the message:
You shall not surly die, partake of this system and your every desire taken care of. Your health, your wealth, your decision-making, your reproduction, your relationships, your desires, your entertainment, your well-being, your entire life will be in the hands of the system and you will be taken care of.
You will be the master of your own destiny. YOLO, might as well eat drink and be merry. There is no consequence after death for our actions, once we die we rot and it's over. Know good and evil for ourselves, whatever seems right in our eyes. Only consequences in this life matter, so don't get caught, or better yet force those to accept that no negative consequences should be administered and 'educate' people to accept and celebrate the depravity of others.
How seductive, how alluring. How attractive! How flattering! What an offer of power and wisdom! What a lie from the pit of hell. It's a broad road to destruction and so many are seduced to the path, the wide gate of hunanism and following the human spirit, making a name for ourselves, the tower which reaches to the heights of heaven - everything we put our hand to will be accomplished. We've seen heaven and it's an empty vacuum, there is no throne of glory, no angels, no heaven no hell. it's all good, there is no divine law... do as thou will is the whole of the law. If it furthers your goals, do it. If it aids humanity in the great global society, be zealous for it. What a broad path, what a wide gate. What flattery. What pride we have in man's accomplishments. We've walked on the moon, we've created the internet. We've created cities and empires and educational systems. We are like gods!
In the end all flesh is like grass and withers away. All of man's accomplishments will be burned up and only the prosperity which comes from the Most High will remain. His righteousness, His goodness is our standard and we fail miserably. We were not built to be wicked - but the seduction of the system, the yearning in our hearts to be lawless, the animal instincts of the flesh draw us away from knowing the one who made all of this, or even wanting to know the one who made all of this. We were not built to be rebellious, we were tricked. We were seduced by flattery. We have allowed ourselves to be deceived.
May God have mercy upon us all. There is a way out of the Matrix.
