Island Fish is Best!
I've been cooking up whatever is fresh and good here on the Island of Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand. What is good you may ask? For starters super fresh and incredibly affordable fish from the sea. I'm not a big fish guy and don't have much experience cooking it. But my island experience would not be complete without some fresh Island fish. My dishes never have a real name and I never use a recipe. I just wing it!
