Today, I will share about something simply, but its very important. I just know this called "PACE" or mengkudu, in some place it also call Noni. Its AKA Morinda Citrifolia. I a rural lifestyle, this plant easy found around the village. Actually, there are many benefit of this.

1.Prevent Cancer
Noni which has the Latin name Morinda Citrifolia turned out to be useful for preventing cancer and tumors. This is known from the results of research by the American Association for Cancer Research.
2.Anti-Microbial
Noni juice is able to function as a natural remedy for preventing diseases associated with bacteria.
3.Avoiding brain damage due to stroke
Based on research conducted in Japan, noni helps prevent this. That's because the fruit contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory.
4.Lowering Cholesterol
Do not worry, you who have an increase in cholesterol, can immediately overcome it by consuming noni. Because the consequences of this disease can lead to dangerous cardiovascular disease.
5.Treat Arthritis

It's such an amazing plant and such a brilliant part of eco-living and natural health. I have noni growing in my garden here in Thailand, but for some reason (probably competition from the pomegranate close by) the fruits never really grow big or ripen fully. I think it needs more sun.
I like the open-hearted inclusion of "tronians".
