EAT HEALTHY AT 2018

Since the year is still young and I have read a lot from you guys that your new year's resolution is to stay fit and to eat healthy foods. So here I am who loves eating greens is not yet late to share you all with the foods that I like and how I put a twist on it for you to be inspired.
Are you a type of person who likes to eat junk foods, fatty foods, and soft drinks? Then this blog might help you. Eating those kinds of food are not good for your health like it can lead to obesity, diabetes and kidney stones. We don't want those kinds of sickness that will happen to us in the future. Ditch those foods and try to explore healthy foods! Here are my recommended foods that can transform and produce a better you
What to Intake
Water
They said drinking 8 glass of water a day is recommended but I drink at least 1-2 liters a day because I believe it can flush away the toxins inside my body. Water would not only flush the toxins from the body but it also can flatten a bloated tummy. For me, I feel fresh and clean if I could drink a lot because balances the temperature of my body. When I have a colds, cough, and fever, I do water therapy for it really takes away the sickness. You see? if it can heal our body then much more if we are not sick.
If you're adjusting and you really don't like to drink plain water, just add a slice of lime and it will be an alternative to a plain water. Other options that I could give will be a combination of slices of lemon, watermelon, and water that will be good for cleansing those intestines.
Yakult
Another option for drinking healthy drink is Yakult. Yakult is a probiotic drink that could help clean your stomach. Probiotics meaning they are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. You can play with the Yakult by putting other extracts or teas to make a better blend.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Eat your greens! I love eating greens like broccoli and lettuce for it is the easiest to munch. Eating greens will not only clean the intestines inside our body but it can also give nutrients to blood and body.
An example of fruits and veggies that I like to make as a salad are radish, watermelon, lettuce, broccoli, and carrots. Did you know broccoli fights cancer and diabetes? If you want to be cancer-free in the future, let's start eating those veggies!
With fruits, berries could also give us a lot of health benefits, to enjoy a meal, be creative by putting berries on the yogurt which is also healthy and probiotic.
Dairy
I think everybody should drink milk it because we need to strengthen our teeth and bones! Intaking some dairies are beneficial because we don't want osteoporosis to happen to us. It will not make our bones strong but it will make us strong as well.
Protein
Protein is very important in our daily lives because it gives us energy and muscles. It makes our body toned up. In addition, protein's power is to repair and heal tissues.
What not to eat
Oily and Fatty foods
Oily maybe healthy in some cases like peanuts and avocado but what I mean about oily foods are those deep fried foods. Fast foods commonly offer oily and fatty foods. They are the number one contributer to early death and it is now time to eat less with these kinds of food until we do not like them.
Junk foods
If we are fond of eating junk foods during watching TV or any events, then its time to throw away those packs because they do not only make our skin bad and give us fat body, but they also contribute on narrowing the pathways of the veins that gives us bad cholesterol.
Processed foods
Processed food may be delicious and convenient but they have high MSG and preservatives that decrease the lifespan of a human being. As much as possible give an effort by learning how to cook and offer food on the table that is healthy.
These types of foods are unhealthy that only contributes to bad skin, diabetes, cancer, and short lifespan. Eating the healthy foods, on the other hand, would give you good sleep, support anti-aging, good mind to think, strong teeth, weight loss, and healthy body.
Remember, you are what you eat and if you're eating healthy foods then it will glow in your physical appearance. Enjoy eating healthy at 2018!

I agree ate that unhealthy foods are delicious but my technique is to think that I'd save than eat and gain and another thing is that I think that its not delicious for me to snob the food hehe
